Qari Umair Bin Uzair is a certified practitioner of Ruqyah Shar'iyyah and a graduate of Quran College, Phool Nagar, Pakistan. With more than a decade of experience in Quranic education and Islamic spiritual healing, he has dedicated his life to serving the Muslim community through authentic, Shariah-compliant Ruqyah based solely on the Qur'an and Sunnah.
He serves as the CEO of Markaz Idara Tul Islah, a comprehensive Islamic organization committed to education, welfare, and community development. Under his leadership, the organization manages several projects and institutions, including Jamia Al-Uloom Al-Islamia, Al Islah Ruqya, Al Islah Marriage Bureau, Al Islah Dastarkhwaan, and other religious and welfare initiatives aimed at serving society.
As the lead practitioner of Al Islah Ruqya, Qari Umair personally conducts Ruqyah consultations and treatment sessions for both male and female patients, ensuring that every case is handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and in accordance with Islamic principles. His approach combines sound Islamic scholarship with practical experience in identifying and treating spiritual afflictions while strictly avoiding all forms of shirk, bid'ah, superstition, talismans, amulets, or any impermissible practices. Ruqyah is the Islamic practice of spiritual healing through the recitation of Quranic verses, authentic supplications, and remembrance of Allah. It is a divinely prescribed method for seeking cure from physical, spiritual, and psychological ailments.
Yes, Ruqyah is explicitly permitted in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: 'There is nothing wrong with Ruqyah so long as it does not involve any Shirk (polytheism).' — Sahih Muslim 2200
Ruqyah is performed by reciting specific Quranic verses (such as Surah Al-Fatiha, Ayat-ul-Kursi, Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nas), authentic duas, and blowing lightly over the affected person. It can also be recited over water or olive oil for the patient to use.

The Raqi will recite Quranic verses and duas over you. You may be asked to sit comfortably, and the session typically lasts 30-60 minutes. Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on the severity of the condition.
